How it works:
At the core of each industrial product is our proprietary hardware and software technology.
Our state-of-the-art, digital TriCam sensors employ laser-triangulation technology to quickly capture high-quality images of your part. The images are then processed using our industry-renowned AutoSolve algorithm suite. These algorithms extract key features and measurement characteristics. Images can also be converted to 3D point clouds and exported for further analysis. Perceptron does all this without ever touching your part.
All measurement information is easily accessible via our Vector database and on-board SPC reporting package. Furthermore, our central server option allows you to implement a truly distributed gauging solution.
Our proprietary AutoSolve algorithm suite contains over 50 different algorithms that operate on a wide variety of materials and substrates (metal, glass, lexan, chrome, plastic, etc.) to ensure robust, repeatable, and accurate results - every time.
