MCT – Entry Level Gantry CMM
Overview

PRCP MCT CMMThe COORD3 MCT series offers an entry level Gantry CMM measuring system to accommodate the average large part inspection requirements.

The MCT is characterized by supreme mechanical design and stability ensuring long term accuracy. MCT is a blend of the most advanced technology, design (FEM analysis), material selection and experience gained from pioneering the dimensional inspection of large parts and combine to provide an outstanding customer price/performance ratio.

Available in Gantry bridge widths of 2000mm and 2500mm the MCT is the ideal production shop CMM and is available in two accuracy classes. The MCT can be equipped with all Renishaw touch/scanning probes and Perceptron laser scanning probes systems including the REVO 5 axis scanning head.

MCT SL – Medium/Large Gantry CMM
Overview

PRCP MCT StarLight (Gantry)The COORD3 MCT-SL offers a range of medium-to-large Gantry CMMs notable for excellent structural stability and flexibility that can be configured according to the requirements of each specific measuring applications. Available is a wide range of sizes and up to 20 meters in length and beyond for advanced aerostructure applications. A MCT-SL Gantry can be supplied with the Renishaw 5 axis technology making it the most productive Gantry CMM available.

Gantry bridge widths of 2000, 2500mm and 3000mm and up to 2000mm in Z axis measuring range the MCT-SL is the ideal production shop CMM and is available in two accuracy classes. The NT version having Silicon Carbide Z axis offering increased stiffness for high accuracy scanning applications.

MCT PLUS – EXTRA LARGE GANTRY CMM
Overview

PRCP MCT PlusThe COORD3 MCT PLUS is a large-scale Gantry CMM created for industrial shop floor environments. Its special structure and “Dual Drive” and “Dual Scale” system on the longitudinal axis avoids structural distortion during motion guaranteeing metrological performance to the highest standards in its class.

“MCT PLUS” gantry systems excel when inspecting large-scale components, such as marine engines and transmissions, aeronautical structures, rotors and components for nuclear and thermal power plants and wind turbines, as well as applications that require the use of open access. COORD3 Gantry CMM solutions can be custom designed to exactly match customer application requirements.
